Very slow service
Staff were friendly but queue built up quickly and they didn?t speed up.

As a fan of subway I always enjoy there food on offer, I don't really eat in, just a grab and go for me, good food selection of baguettes etc hot and cold available, crisps, cakes, biscuits ice cream and drinks available also

Great service walked up to counter and both staff members had friendly smile, ordered food and the entire time great customer service asked me how my day was and just a friendly atmosphere, food was warm as well compared to other places I?ve been, I?ve recommend the place to half my family to the point they pretty much all have subway cards, been going their for years and they get to know you.

Very disappointed this time around as the person preparing the order got is so wrong that it was almost laughable as was missing almost half of the ingredients, no apologies no explanation-had zero customer service skills with ?i really dont care attitude?.

Been driving at least 10 miles for years just to go to this subway. The staff are friendly and service is great! sandwiches are the best compared to the other subways I've tried. They don't skimp on ingredients.

Me and my friends came in from a rugby match and this rude server kept disrespecting us for almost no reason, she was talking behind our back and was plain rude to our face, will not be coming again if she?s behind the counter! Didn?t give us her name but later found out it was Zoe, she needs retraining!

It is located inside Texco and managed by a single person who seems to be stressed.Patience is needed as service is slow.No seating available.I hope extra support is made available to serve customers.

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. As with any subway, there is a lot to choose from. They keep the areas clean and tidy which I like.
