Very good service from the moment we entered the showroom. We were greeted by friendly knowledgeable staff who talked us through the process of having our work done. We discussed our ideas and they came up with a design that suited our requirements. We had a excellent team of work men, who completed the work on time. We now have a lovely bathroom that we can show off to our to friends and family

Michael took all the stress and strain out of having a bathroom fitted. Our fitters were pleasant, clean and tidy and happy to discuss any issues we had. Would definitely use them again. Our bathroom is beautiful now.

Just had a fantastic new shower and towel rail fitted, not everything went as planned which is inevitable sometimes with home improvements. What was incredible though was the support and tenacity of Michael and his team to make sure everything was sorted in time for the decorator to come in. Even working out of hours and at the weekend to get things sorted.Can't say how appreciative I am of your work Michael, top quality! Huge thanks!! Mark G.

Working with Michael was a pleasure from start to finish. He combines excellent customer service with wide product knowledge and seemingly endless patience.Our project was a new kitchen and ensuite bathroom. When we walked through the door at Michael Arthur Ltd we only had a vague idea of what we wanted and how it might look. Michael spent a lot of time helping us design the two rooms and created computer graphics of various options so we could visualise what the rooms would look like.We are absolutely delighted with the end results.
