Had 2 carpets from Lee Holmes this year with really poor finish that looks like the carpet?s been cut with a spoon, and damage to skirting as per photos. Raised awareness of problems but no offer to rectify. Culminated in them shouting down the phone at my wife when she had the temerity to ask for clarification on some other floor measurements. Shocking.

Very good business to deal with. Friendly and expert advice. We ordered our carpet after lockdown and was told it would take 4 weeks for it to be fitted. Was given a date and time when they would come which they did. Fitted very well. Also rectified an issue with another carpet we had in our house. Would highly recommend

Quoted me more than double the price than my friend? Same area, same product. Excellent response and sales chat. No response when questioned about unreasonable quote - BE VERY CAREFUL!Had my stairs, landing and bedroom carpets professionally cleaned and laminate flooring laid in hall and living room, for less than this bad boys quote! ??
