I contacted First Ascent as a representative of Nalgene, because I had an issue with my Nalgene water bottle. They anwered right away and I have got free replacement within 5 days, excellect service and customer focus, thanks!

First Ascent mainly deals with trade, but we called on spec and they couldn?t have been more helpful. We were looking for climbing shoes and they sorted us out and took great care of the kids. Two pairs of climbing shoes later and one harness and we were all set to climb.

Hard to find, no shop signs other than a B&W 12 x 9 board saying First Ascent. Is this actually a shop or a supplier?
