The majority of our furniture is from DFS and we have always been happy with their products. The staff are always very helpful without being too pushy.

The store manager at Darley Dale store must have the lowest level of customer service I have ever come across.We had endless problems with DFS and frustratingly they rarely seem to acknowledge the customer.Only shop here if you are prepared to be treated badly.

Huge furniture store, with masses of stock displayed and reasonable prices. Staff are curteous and willing to help in selection. Toilets are available but the gents was a bit iffy, although my wife used the disabled toilet and said it was nice. A huge carpark with disabled parking and good flat access for those in wheelchairs or mobility scooters

Shocking customer care, was with my elderly dad, looking for a good sofa bed(13/7/23) after 15 mins we asked for help from a reluctant man sitting at a desk, we asked " do you have any sofa beds) and he just pointed and said" these a few over there". Then a salesman was asked to help us, he said , I'll be over when I'm finished. After 10 more minutes he approached us, then turned to assist someone who had just walked in.needless to say ,we walked out, drove to Derby and we got my dad's sofa bed, £1445. Spent but wasted our time going to DFS Darley Dale

Not impressed with the bed options. Too many with bases way bigger than the mattress. Don't they realise we don't all have big bedrooms.

DFS ARE A JOKE,! For 8 months now I have been fobbed off by this company,they are ok whilst you are buying but then I was told repairs to a fault would take around 3months at the most,its been 8months ,told its parts coming from China and when I rang today as soon as I began telling the lady on the fone why I was ringing she promptly put the fone down....how rude!!!! I shall now be contacting RIP off Britain, you've had long enough to sort this out DFS

Visited the shop at darley dale and was greeted by a lovely lady who just asked us to let her know if we needed any help which was a great start. The shop itself is huge with a great selection, very clean and also a canteen area with drinks machine and toilets which is a nice bonus when you are spending a long time anywhere. There were no questions or stalking from staff and no desperate sales pitches but they were visible should we need anything. I didn't order anything today as I just wanted to view and try out the different styles before ordering the right size and colour online which I will be definitely doing. A very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend visiting the store before you order online especially if you just want to look around without being harassed!

Absolutely awful place. Unprofessional staff and the sofas look nothing like the ones in the showroom when they arrive. And their customer service is just disgraceful. The worst shopping experiences ever. AVOID!!!

Excellent service and loads to choose from. I knew In my head what I was looking for, had plenty to choose from. 0% finance over 4years only until 2nd March and then its 0% over 3 years. Excellent service from a young knowledgeable lady.

I have bought several sofas from DFS Darley Dale over the years, associating the store with quality and a reputation for good customer service.Unfortunately I have been sadly let down, being sold a sofa and foot stool, utilising the stool as an extra seat.The foot stool is so weakly manufactured both engineers who have visited have advised it is not really a seat and will probably fail in time.My problem now arises in gaining anybody to take responsibility. Darley Dale have turned over responsibility to Sheffield, and Sheffield never contact me.This has been going on for weeks now, my frustrations are growing as is my confidence in DFS. Should I have to post a negative review to get action, surely not? but let?s see if this wakes them up.??Well 3 weeks on, one phone call from a manager who promised to fix the stool. The Engineer called to tell me it was well beyond his capabilities? on site, and we agreed that he shouldn?t waste either of our time.Since then nothing?I call daily to chase up, promised call backs?But nothing?Shoddy is an understatement ?---Once Darley dale management took over control of the defect away from Sheffield the stool was rectified within weeks, fully and I am more than satisfied now.Unfortunately the whole experience was rather unpleasant until Darley Dale did take over ownership, so this may be an unfair review on their part as they were only following procedures.But maybe DFS as company need to review their complaints procedures/rectification policy as a whole.
