An old woman just laughed at me in front of her manager because I didn't have enough cash to pay for my shopping, then denied it happened, accused me of lying, then admitted she did laugh, but at a customer stood behind me when there was nobody there. No apology. All on cctv.Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable that anyone working in a coop thinks they have the right to judge and embarrass another human being while being paid in a customer facing roll.
