Oh dear. On walking in to an empty shop the lady serving completed her tasks then asked me for my order. I politely responded to then watch her give her attention to a courier/delivery guy who walked in some time after me and then access a screen behind her leaving me hanging...how rude! Customer service keeps businesses alive....

Lovely staff in the matlock shop, always very welcoming and friendly. Bought 12 mince pies as lovely as ever, but, the pork pie I bought was awful. It was fresh in on that day because I asked. The meat had no taste, the pastry was under cooked inside and the teeniest bit of jelly which I always think jelly gives it its flavour. My partner hasn't eaten any other pork pies for years because yours were so good but I've been told not to waste my money in future. I hope Birds aren't scrimping on quality like alot of other companies because we know what happens to them.

Popped in for a breakfast sandwich, they were quite pricey compared with other in the local area, £3.70. I asked for Sausage Cob and what I received was 1 sausage in a sub roll so really it was a hot dog.Disappointing.

Nipped in for a breakfast sandwich. It was advertised as Sausage Cob, I did think it seemed expensive at £3.70, and when I received it I felt ripped off. 1 Sausage in a sub roll, therefore it was actually a hot dog.

We had a sausage roll, cheese and onion toll and tea cakes. Overal average. Cheese and onion roll had way too much cheese in it. Sausage roll was very peppery. Tea cakes were good.
