Well where do I start?.. absolute joke of a shop .
Went in to join voda with my brother they put us on a joint account they put his phone in my name , they put my phone in his name can?t swap or change things about. If your thinking of joining Vodafone don?t go to this shop if you do , you have been warned in fact join someone else, I?ll be leaving again as soon as possible. I wish I could give them no stars.
Update had to go back as my brother cancelled his account because it was that much of a mess and cause it was such a mess they deleted my number which I?d had for 25 years by mistake, now I?ve lost my number and had to go back to sky . Absolute joke of a company and Shop..

Called into Vodafone to add another line onto my account, and they were very accommodating and patient. Sometimes it?s just nice being in store and talking to a person, I didn?t get their names but they were both very personable.

Excellent customer service from Mo and the team. They stayed an hour after closing time to assist with my replacement cards across my devices.

The shop is a waste of space... walked in 3 members of staff just chatting..told them our problem..they weren't interested as the phone had not been purchased there..it was an upgrade on line...went a couple of doors down to a phone shop and the gentleman in there couldn't be more helpful
