Well where do I start….. absolute joke of a shop . Went in to join voda with my brother they put us on a joint account they put his phone in my name , they put my phone in his name can’t swap or change things about. Called into Vodafone to add another line onto my account, and they were very accommodating and patient. Sometimes it’s just nice being in store and talking to a person, I didn’t get their names but they were both very personable.
