Went here for my first round of golf with my girlfriend got there the guy at the reception was incredibly rude we was playing the 9 holes and had no idea where to go for the start and had to ask another gentleman where to go. The course was okay but do wish i went elsewhere for my first round after going other venues i realise this is not the case everywhere else.

Today we went to golf course in there restaurant. Tuna mayonnaise salad. Two spoons of tuna mayonnaise and lettuce leaf?s. No tomatoes, cucumber, onion like a normal salad. £12.50!!! Absolutely disgusting they think they can charge those prices for such poor food. Many people was complaining about there food saying far to expensive for poor food.. We complained and asked for refund. I have just been to a top hotel in Hampshire and didn?t pay those ridiculous prices for terrible food. We won?t be eating there again. I feel sorry for the staff serving such poor food.

It pains me to give a 1 star review as working in the public sector, i know that it can be a thankless task when dealing with some members of the public. But ....... you have to employ people with the right attitude and at the very least a willingness to help and understand your role as a spokesperson and the public face of the organisation. I have never come across someone so ill suited than the chap on Reception - dismissive, uninterested, unsympathetic and overcharged !!! Needless to say - I will not be going back - Plus they are charging top rates for a course in mediocre condition which in itself is poor customer awareness.

Went over for an hour or so on the driving range and really enjoyed the great tech they have to allow you to track and improve your game. As an inexperienced golfer I felt no pressure or unwelcoming atmosphere, and it was really pleasant to just hit some balls in peace. The receptionist was extra friendly and informative and even offered to give 5 mins of help next time I was over to improve my game - first rate customer service all round

No idea what the guys problem was on the phone but never in my life have I even written a review but this one deserves one, the guy on the phone had the worst attitude I?ve ever experienced, I only asked if I could book a tee time (using polite language as always do) and I?ll be honest I told him to do one with the way he spoke to me, completely out of nowhere, maybe he?s having a bad day but there?s nothing like putting customers off that much it results in them having to write their first ever review, personally would avoid this place, it?s almost like he didn?t want anyone to book a tee time, I did get warned about a similar situation here but I thought I?d make my own opinion before listening to others

I booked for a party of 20, it was a set lunch for £30 - this proved to be very overpriced as there were various complaints. These were dealt with, as much as they could, by the waiting staff, the complaint is purely with the kitchen. Overall the standard of food left a lot to be desired. I wrote and complained, did not get a reply, wrote a second time, still no reply! This shows a distinct lack of courtesy towards the paying customers.
