I remember visiting the Derby store and Jon helping me out and telling me he was moving to Long Eaton branch! Lucky for me I had a job in nottingham and needed some advice and knew exactly where to go! Jon pulled through once again with his help and advice and I managed to get top end result from it! Once again went above and beyond!

It was suggested by my tiler to try here for the tiles needed, for my kitchen renovation, after a good look around at what was available,Owen, one of the team guided us through using the visualizer, as being over 60, was not use to this modern tech.
Once we had decided on the tiles we liked, we went back to order them. We saw the same staff member, and he made the whole process easy from start to finish, getting the stock in when needed, liasing with our tiler, even loading the van when collecting everything, just brilliant.
I can not recommend Topps Tiles enough, good old-fashioned customer care, from start to finish.

Ive been plumbing and tiling for over 17 years and I would recommend this shop to anyone, Steph has been absolutely fantastic everytime I have been in, her knowledge and work ethic is something that is very rare nowadays, could not fault the service, fantastic!

During my recent visit, I found that the store had a wide range of styles and options that made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. A special thanks to Owen, who provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful and he offered great advice without being pushy. Dylan and the team were great in showing us potential tiles for our garden. They listened to our ideas and provided excellent knowledge in what would work for us and within our budget. Gave us instant quotes and we left very happy. Will 100% be returning.
