Massive store with everything under one roof, groceries, clothes, home bits, electronics. Really handy but it does get packed at peak times.

We were in the shop today 26 August around 8.30pm. My child wanted to go to the toilet. But the passage to the toilet was blocked with red tape. We asked for permission to go to the toilet, but were told that it had been closed since 7.30 and were advised to go to the McDonald's opposite. We were unable to shop properly as the child was constantly uncomfortable. I can't understand why such a large shop that is open until midnight has no toilet facilities. Much smaller Tesco shops have permanently working toilets. I can only assume that the toilets here are only open for cafe customers. It's a shame

Visited today 15th august. As an almost daily visitor (with my big shop on a Friday) I was shocked at the state of the store. Empty shelves and the produce they did have had 1 or 2 days shelf life. Empty boxes on floor and shelves. No staff available to replenish(hence the empty shelves). 1 till open! Ridiculous for a Friday afternoon. There were 8 customers behind us waiting to unload and pay. When a member of staff was finally located a second till was opened. The staff looked over worked and stressed. I have since found out that your staff have had hours cut resulting in staff being thinned out across the store. For a company that used to have such a good reputation for looking after staff you should be ASHAMED. Whoever made this decision should be made to work in a store with minimal staff and complaining customers(there were a lot of us). For a town that has FOUR supermarkets you should be doing everything possible to retain your customer base and staff. Disgusted that you think you can treat your customers and staff this way.

Would not let us buy a single dinosaur sparkler as one person didn't have id, we're clearly over 20. Was rude and arrogant about it and stood there glaring at us till we left. Fine take the sparkler but don't be so horrible when it's someone's birthday.

On google maps it says there is a toilet at tesco, aparently there isnt an open toilet ....such a big store, its a pitty they cant keep a toilet open.

Can?t believe how hard and difficult is to make shoping at this shop!! Reason why to many Tesco employees do shoping for deliveries they ride everywhere don?t even looking for Customers!!! Disgusting experience!!!

Excellent. After having a bad experience at another barbers we have struggled to get our son back to one . He has come away tonight asking to come back again as he liked this one . He was made to feel at ease and loves his new hair cut . Thank you
