Tried this for the first time and it?s amazing! Best Chinese in long Eaton. Everything was hot, the rice was fresh and fluffy. The chicken was good quality. Got a few dishes and the quality was consistent with all of them.

A bit of disappointment. Had family over we have risk and order from here for the first time. Order of £60.00 was not the best. Half of Sheaded duck was dry like was few days old and repeated. Duck in plum sauce was more like duck in lemon as was clear not red and lasted lemony. Salt and pepper chips were so salt and spicy we could not eat it. Crispy beef in chilly sauce was dry. Over all I don't think I will be back.

Absolutely disgusting, you need reporting
Ordered beef curry, first mouthful I had to take it out, second piece of meet had to take it out it was just fat . Fed it to the fish in the canal but I would imagine they spat it out

Just had a beef curry.the beef was mostly fat and the curry fairly tasteless.my friends separate curry was the same.will not be going there again..

Food never arrived phoned them and they said could you just wait another half an hour because we are busy, understand that but if you?re really that busy just let us know instead of keep waiting and waiting or just don?t accept anymore orders. It ruined the night as we have had to have a sandwich and go to bed, it?s just a let down.

Ordered at the counter, told it?d be 30 min which was fine, however after waiting 40 mins we were informed they?d run out of fried rice!! A Chinese running out of fried rice??? Asked to see the manager but was told they don?t speak English?. However all the time we were waiting there was plenty of delivery orders flying out?.. a very poor show prioritising the delivery side? don?t bother ordering as we won?t go here again

I had to wait just under 90 minutes for my food and when the food arrived it was cold and also the wrong food was also delivered. Very poor and would not recommend to anyone

Sunny house has been hit and miss over the years. Sometimes you order and it comes quickly, other times it comes an hour to two hours lateI cancelled my order tonight when it hadn't shown up after two hours and being told on the phone it would be another 30 minutes (I was told an hour when I ordered). They have no system in place for coping with busy times and managing capacity. I'll avoid in future, it isn't worth the hassle (or the waiting) ??

Ordering with Sunny house is hit and miss as they have no capacity to manage the volume of orders taken. I've ordered a few times and there is usually a long wait but tonight I phoned up after two hours and ended up cancelling the order when they told me it would be another half an hour (why would you promise delivery within the hour but take two and a half?) They really need to be upfront about wait times with their customers while they have some left.

I tried to order and they hung up on me straight away. When I got food the other week it had hairs in and even a toenail. I am absolutely disgusted. Never going again.
