Excellent service all round. Website booking was easy and clear, staff were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. Although they were busy when I visited the waiting time minimal, only a few minutes. Would 100% recommend

Thank you to both the Optician that saw my teenage son a few weeks ago (gentleman with bald head/glasses) he answered any questions we had and put my son at ease the whole time.
Secondly to Ruth or possibly Beth who saw my son at very short notice yesterday and checked his eye over, was very thorough and kind when he had something in his eye. Going above and beyond.
The front of house lady was also amazing (brown hair) when we visited. Best service we have received and we have been customers for years.

Hi All, Went into the Long Eaton Branch of Specsavers to get the arms aligned on my glasses, waited couple mins glasses handed over to an assistant and went to get them aligned but they ended up having a full glass mot , arms aligned, nose supports replaced, cleaned and returned good as new, didn't get the Assistants name but again thank you

Feels very covid safe. Always plenty of staff to help and never feel pushed into making decisions about cost of spec frames. Give you space to chose and never rush you
