Not really quite sure how to share my experience at this shop mixed feelings I went to do one package a yodel one it did get done correctly which is great, but I think a bit of training is needed as to how customers are spoken to just doesn?t seem very professional and I work in retail it?s almost like they just grabbed anyone to work behind the counter and didn?t set any rules

Very polite and helpful staff. Sunday afternoon. Lady working very professional service. Put my spare change in the alzheimers appeal box and gave me the badge was a nice gesture. Nice to see local people working in local businesses. Will definitely try my best to support local

Rude staff, arrived 9pm on Sunday evening and was told to ?hurry up we are closing? however both Google and the One stop store locator states they are open until 10pm on a Sunday. More to the point she could have politely said I?m sorry but we are closed. Maybe she requires some customer services training or the sack, whichever is appropriate.

Went in on Sunday morning and got charged full price for coffee and biscuits even tho there was promotion on. Went back in store and middle aged woman just shrugged and said she can?t do anything as she only does morning shift and can?t or won?t fix it even tho she knew I was over charged

Raj (the big flirt !!!) has served me so well for years . I wish he was on the till everyday !! I do love the other staff. Always love a good chat with Nat, end up spending way too much I must admit but I can?t help being a consumer with these deals ??????

Been shopping at this store for 3 years . Noticed a massive difference in the shop recently , the staff are so so kind and always a laugh :-)New manager is very accommodating and has gone out his way to order more rhubarb and custard sweets just for me !
