COMPLETELY IMMORAL COMPANY. My time at Wolseley was brief. (Thank Christ!) I was taught immoral ways of covering costs to save face rather than take responsibility and lead by a good example. Not only are you berated in front of customers and left to feel totally embarrassed but you are also subject to 8.5 hours of pure misery each day. But If you wasn?t picking all the information up immediately, you?d get a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde type of response. Wolseley claim to ?Care about mental health? but let a completely false allegation and a UNFAIR ?INTERNAL INVESTIGATION? destroy it. The hardest part about working at Wolseley was arriving at work and seeing the place hadn?t burned down. The most enjoyable part of the job was before and after I started working there. The management would cover my mistakes(sometimes at the cost of others) yet I was happy to face repercussions and learn from the experience but the branch manager spent so much time covering the supervisors backside on silly mistakes he did so he?d face no repercussions either because the supervisor was on to becoming a manager?.

Drove 30mins to pick up a part. Arrived at 12 and the lady was pulling the shutters down. Said we were too late!! Website says closes at 9pm!! Fuming!
