Just wanted to feedback about my recent experience taking my car in to Kwik fit Long Eaton. Steve , as always is extremely helpful and efficient and all the staff were helpful and understanding. I choose to take my car to the Long Eaton Kwik fit branch rather than another that is more local because of the great service there.

I recently visited for a tyre issue. At first I thought it was a problem with the tyre itself, but the team quickly identified that the valve was the real cause. They even showed me exactly where the air was leaking, which made everything very clear. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and the clear explanation they gave. Excellent and trustworthy service ? highly recommended!

Lewis and Uzair EXCELL!!
Frantic I had punctured tyres, Lewis calmly took care of me and alongside Uzair with laughter and grace got me back on the road having fixed the problem. Thank you. Terrible experience. Useless and lazy. Workshops completely empty,carpark is completely empty. Can't get wheel alignment checked for another couple hours. What a waste of time.

I was happy with the tyres and the fitting service itself. However, I won?t be returning due to the attitude of the man at the reception. While the rest of the staff seemed fine, he appeared unhappy that I had turned up?even though I?d called earlier and was told my timing would be okay. It made the experience feel uncomfortable. At the end, he also revved my car unnecessarily when returning it, which came across as unprofessional. A shame, as the product was good.

Had to have a tyre replaced, rang the day before got an appointment, turned up a little early, tyre replaced and on my way in no time. Very personable service for the guy. Great job

Easy to book work, staff are really helpful and friendly. Cost for service work is less than main dealers for the same service work. Health report is excellent and enables you to budget for advised future repairs.

Perfect experience when booking with Kwik Fit. I booked to have four new tyres done and the guy who served me was a gent, making sure I was clear on how long it would take.
The actual tyres were replaced quickly and quicker than expected, and I would now always book with Kwik Fit for new tyres.

Great service had a puncture they fitted me in ,took it down and they took a look but wasn?t fixable they put on a new tyre and off I went very quick and straight forward highly recommend
