Ordered a "New Yorker" Pizza after work on Friday for collection.
Went to pick it up, and my name wasn't on the screen, so asked for the pizza and they gave me it with some free cookies.
I noticed the cookies were warm, but the pizza was almost cold, I ordered it 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up.
It is obvious that they had another order for a New Yorker that didn't get picked up a few hours before and saved it to give to another customer (me).
They threw in the free cookies as a mechanism of undoing (behavioural defense mechanism) in order to correct their wrong.
100% will not be ordering from here again, they've lost a customer and I'll take my business elsewhere.
I hope this branch gets new management/new employees as their work ethic is beyond pathetic.
How hard is it to make a fresh pizza?

I recently placed an order for two pizzas: one pepperoni and one vegetarian. The pepperoni pizza met my expectations, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the vegetarian pizza?it had a faint smell of bleach. This raises concerns about whether the vegetables had been washed with a bleach solution and not properly rinsed, or if the ingredients were somehow contaminated with bleach during cleaning. It's unclear what the exact cause was, but it certainly made the vegetarian pizza inedible for us. Due to this experience, we are hesitant to return to this establishment.

Have been getting Pizza from the long Eaton branch of Domino?s for years. I normally order for delivery and the pizza always comes quickly. When I have collected (I normally order online) the pizza has always been ready to collect. I like Dominos pizza, it?s to my taste, so can?t say much more about that.
