Really polite and friendly staff, they also have outside seating as well.
There are two toilets (passcode needed) tables were clean and clear of previous cups.

This place should be commended for its friendly, efficient staff and cleanliness - too many branches of Costa and other chain coffee shops suffer from uncleared or sticky tables, toilets that clearly haven't been checked until the end of the day.
Stopped by the Long Eaton store - the place was immaculate, and the coffee hit the spot perfectly.

A bit of a wait to say they had five staff members working.Limited stock on alternative to milk, especially ultimate blend.Didn't listen to my order correctly, and I had to correct them.Large latte wasn't a full cup and it was more expensive than other Costa coffee shops.
