Classic shoe shop. Good quality, comfy shoes and staff that know what they?re doing. Prices are a bit higher hence 4 stars but you get what you pay for.

Just like to say the customer service of the staff at this branch has been above and beyond what we have been receiving at our local Derby branch which we won?t be going back to!
Lucy and the other young lady were brilliant with my granddaughter and as too the manager. They know exactly what they are doing and made the whole visit worthwhile. Thanks team Long Eaton.

Thank you for a lovely greeting and smile from the lovely Jackie. I bought a lovely pair of dessert boots . The shoes in my size came straight out ( not like the kids a the big chains ) old fashioned courtesy and customer service is hard to find these days. Lovely experience. Thank you

We took our little one who is 15 months old to get his second pain of shoes, his first actual walking ones. The lady there was brilliant, got him measured really quickly & came down with a good verity of shoes for him. Sure easy process & they ladies were so friendly. I always take my little ones to Clark?s to get their first shoes, especially as they have wide feet & clarks always have a good range in all sizes.

I wanted to try a pair of shoes on, a similar pair I'd had year's ago. The young lady assisted me very politely and fetched a foot stocking so I could try them on. I'd already said I wasn't intending to buy today, but she helped me with the sizings and had a chat about how old styles had come back into fashion.She was really helpful and I will definitely go back to shop with her in the future.Thankyou

Thank you to the lady who measured my sons feet today (8th May) and waited patiently until he finally agreed on a new pair of shoes, even though he argued one pair wasn't a pair because they didn't feel the same. I appreciate your professionalism and kindness.

Clark's long Eaton, highly recommend this shop for shoe's, boots sandals and accessories, the staff are very friendly and helpful always a very warm welcome, a great selection of shoe's trainers etc,why go anywhere else when you have this great shop on your doorstep.
