This is a review from an experience on Saturday May 10 @ 4pm. There is a sale on, but many items don't have their original prices shown. As a result you have to go to the counter to ask the actual today price as its not clear, even though there are charts stating the discounted prices vs original price. The two women working on the specified day stated making snidy comments towards us as we had to keep asking due to poor pricing. In the end I had to leave before I opened my mouth and gave them a piece of my mind as the comments were derogatory. There was also another customer with a child whom was riding a bike inside the shop. The parent said nothing, but whilst I was at the till the same staff made comments about this child but make no effort to move and ask the child or parent to stop this. Under H&S, they should stop this as its a safety risk to other customers. The two staff working on the mentioned day clearly don't want to do their job and are too lazy to take responsibility for what they are being paid for. They should have taken the requests for prices as a que to come and check the shelves and asked the child or parent to behave. If you don't want to do your job, don't. But don't inconvenience other customers with your unrequested opinions.
P. S. Totally differnet experience in Derbion, really helpful and want to help you to purchase. Will just go there in future.

My son bought one of the really big balloons from here, as I didn't have time to nip him into Derby and yet again have to go bk as its gone down again in less than 24 hours.

Sam was absolutely brilliant helping me this morning, super friendly. Make sure I was happy with the height of balloons as they were done! Fantastic service, I will definitely use this store as my go to!!

Very good service. I ordered party balloons but changed my mind on style. Spoke to Sam who was very helpful and offered to check new stock and rang the next day to say they had what I wanted and amended order over the phone.
