This is a review from an experience on Saturday May 10 @ 4pm. There is a sale on, but many items don't have their original prices shown. As a result you have to go to the counter to ask the actual today price as its not clear, even though there are charts stating the discounted prices vs original price. My son bought one of the really big balloons from here, as I didn't have time to nip him into Derby and yet again have to go bk as its gone down again in less than 24 hours.

Sam was absolutely brilliant helping me this morning, super friendly. Make sure I was happy with the height of balloons as they were done! Fantastic service, I will definitely use this store as my go to!!
