One of my hearing aids was faulty. It was repaired within 10 days. At my refitting appointment, I was seen on time. Some minor change to the sound level was made and completed within 10 minutes. Excellent!

The staff were extremely helpful. I had visited a number of opticians looking for glasses, and staff in both branches of Boots were very knowledgeable. I ordered them in Birmingham as that is where I saw them when shopping with my daughter. I was offered delivery to my nearest Boots opticians. This did take an extra 2 weeks which was slightly frustrating.

It?s so nice to be greeted with a smile the second you walk into the opticians, I didn?t have to wait for long before I started my eye test. The optician asked many questions and explained in detail after my eye test. Even after my eye test I was choosing glasses again with much detail explained, plus only waiting just over a week to pick up my new glasses, you really can?t expect much more, thank you

The staff were polite and efficient. The optician was very thorough and gave me plenty of advise regarding my dry eyes and underlying eye problems. There was no pressure to buy spectacles since my prescription remained largely unchanged

After a telephone call from the optometrist and discussing my problem with a watery eye he asked if id tried drops for dry eyes which I had,he made me an appointment to see him so he could have a look at my eye. On arrival I spoke to the receptionist who asked me some questions and then took it upon herself to tell me that I wouldn't be seen unless I had a full eye test and would have to pay £30 as my eye test wasn't until February. I was left very dissatisfied and I'm contemplating on changing opticians.
