My last few shopping trips to Asda have been a mare due to checking the prices shown on the ticket to what is scanning through because every time I?ve been overcharged! Today would have been overcharged by £5.10 if not checked AGAIN. Staff are really helpful and get it sorted but should be right in the first place. If you do that to every customer your profits are going to be great!!!

I have stopped shopping online with Asda after 10 + years and have changed supermarkets. Appalling customer service. I have never ever complained in all that time until now. Shopping ordered as usual on a Thursday but for whatever reason I didn?t get it. Phoned the call centre to tell them. Was advised to reorder on the Friday which I did. Unfortunately it was a big shop, £80 + each time. Asked for refund of the Thursday shop and was refused on the basis the driver delivered it correctly. Did he heck. I am an 82 year old very disabled lady and you can imagine how upset I was to spend £160+ on one shop worth £80. I?m done with Asda along with several of my friends. An absolutely disgraceful outcome.

Not enough checkout staff as usual. Queueing into the aisles and no-one opening new checkouts like they do at Lidl.

A very busy store, but as with many nowadays, there's invariably something they haven't got in stock. Fairly good prices, so always a bonus for me. Prefer my regular Asda in Spondon though as it's layout and size seems better.

Went shopping today, probably for the last time.
Couldn't believe the state of the place. Scruffy, dingy, lots of people stacking shelves so difficult to access what you want.. cardboard all over the place.
Vegetables dreadful, very yellow caulis that I wouldn't give to pigs, lots of goods with only a day or two before out of date. Others look like they have just been thrown into the trays.
Queuing down the aisles to pay for your purchases and lots of queuing trying to pay at self service.
To top it all an announcement over the tannoy apologising for the delays due to staff shortages.
