I called in last night on my way home, nothing fancy just a pizza and chips.
Got home which is minutes away and pizza was cold chips were over cooked and rock hard (dogs seem to like them) I certainly won't be returning, and after reading some reviews I'm not the only one.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your establishment. I ordered a pizza with chillies and was not asked to specify whether I wanted chilli slices, flakes, or jalapeños at the time of ordering. However, when I received my food and realized the order was incorrect after driving from Langley mill to collect all the way back to Ilkeston, I was told that there were chilli flakes on the base?yet upon checking, there was not a single flake in sight.
To make matters worse, after driving all the way home and realizing the mistake, I called your team only to receive excuses instead of a solution. The handling of my complaint was poor, and the overall service was even worse.
I expect better from a professional takeaway. Please address these issues to ensure this doesn?t happen to other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to improve your service and avoid such mistakes in the future.
Won?t be returning.
