Food came fairly quick, however.....?both our meals which apparently came with chips....in total we received 22 chips between the 2 meals. Tried to call the restaurant, however reckon its a national line as not the area code and no answer. Won't be shopping again ?

So honest review...
Nearly 30 mins in drive thru not busy.
Finally got to order speaker only to sit there 5 mins with no response.
The chap on drive thru 'Leo' was clearly new and asking for assistance every minute by the look of what was going on.
I don't hold Leo to blame as he was doing his best but my god was this place run down.
Drive thru very overgrown and all the surrounding bushes etc were really overgrown. Drive thru looked old and desperately in need of a face-lift or updating.
I won't be going back as its clearly got many issues.

Collected an order to deliver, which had clearly been sitting there for some time before I was finally able to get a staff member?s attention?it took far too much effort just to be acknowledged. Once I had that first order, I informed staff I was also waiting for a second one under a certain name.
I ended up waiting over an hour for that second order. During that time, three different staff members checked the order details on my phone, yet no one gave me any update or explanation. Eventually, after more than an hour, I was told the order didn?t even exist in their system.
So I wasted over an hour waiting for food that wasn?t there, while the other customer?s order sat getting cold in my thermal bag. No apology, no accountability, just incredibly poor service from start to finish.

Hate it went you order a 10 piece bucket, this time in a party pack as not cheap. Then you open it and get 8 drumsticks!!!!

Really not happy. Took my child to the toilet as she had messed herself to discover no soap to clean my hands. Staff have a very abrupt manner. I?d already asked for a child?s meal and within seconds another person came from a different till with an annoyed face asking if I wanted kids or normal menu. Already stated what I want. Then only half the food placed on the tray the rest was left on the counter so I had to deal with it myself. Many times they get my order wrong here. Got very expensive with a disgusting service

One of the cleaner KFC's that I have visited. I was shocked on one visit to find a member of staff in tears as they were so short staffed. Watch your collections and deliveries too as there can be stuff missing from your order.
But all of that said we still pop back from time to time
