absolute joke, food arrived cold rung up to complain they then resent only half of the original order, rung up a third time and they said that they had ran out of chicken at 20.00 on Saturday night and was refusing to deliver for a third time. after stating that I still haven't received the full order, I could here the staff moaning and being rude in the background. they reluctantly delivered the rest of our order. thanks again USA Chicken for your excellent service.

Don't trust the woman making pizza. Seen her sprinkle something on my food a few times and I'm I'll after. Never going there again. Lost my business now!

Won't be going in here again. I've always enjoyed the food but I witnessed one of the guys Fleming and spitting into a bucket under the table in the office then sparking up and smoking in there. It was VILE. We left and my food went straight in the bin.

I've been coming to this establishment for over 12 years, always been made welcome, any issues (if any) I've had with my order I've been able to phone and rectify (very few). However tonight has been the only time I have had the phone hung up on me 3 times all because I was classed as a walk in order and should have checked there and then. Not impressed in the slightest and telephone manner is disgusting!!!!! Met met please sort your staff out and give them the correct training!!!!!!

The food they got correct was delicious but order was messed up when rang up she said she'd bring a refund for the messed up items, when the man arrived he told me I should check the system even though I rang up.the man also asked for the wrong food back in order to get a refund, the whole situation was a joke and they were very rude about this .

Went with my family for an easy quick takeaway after my GRANDMOTHER had passed away ?. Ordered a basic and easy chicken burger which should be quick and easy to make. However, we stood for 25 MINUTES waiting for our takeaway to be ready. While it was being prepared, we could hear a member of staff coughing and hacking in the back. DISGUSTING! Will not be going back there.

Just went in and ordered 2 pieces of chicken stripe and the women behind wanted to charge me £15.00 and then changed to £10.00 and I had another person behind me and said this is wrong I'd rather go hungry this is ridiculous you are loosing customers because of this as paid less other times
