absolutely rubbish service.i had 2 bedrooms and a stair and halway measured up and priced up at just under a grand.i paid the whole amount up front and was never given any option to pay the minimum deposit.we were told that the carpets would arrive the week and fitted.2 weeks later and a few complaints over the phone still no carpets.i went to the store to complain in person and to ask for my money back until they arrived as the money was gaining intrest in their bank account and not mine.they refused a full refund and said i had to leave them with the minimum deposit.that was the first time i knew anything about the minimum payment.we were happy with the finished product but i would never consider returning there again for any more carpets we may be needing.not because of the quality but because of terrible service
