Nice clean family run cafe with a heart! Warm welcome, tasty food, great coffee. What more could you want? More! So I visited on my second day in Ilkeston too. Try the omelettes. Special diets catered for. Undercover dog friendly table can be arranged or sit outside on a nice day.

If you are looking for the best cafe in town look no further than UChoose. Top notch customer service (I saw the owner Paul help a customer take on and off their coat today to make them comfortable). Paul and Li Na (I hope spelled that right) have created the most welcoming environment. If you want to see how to build a community, go to UChoose. Today they hosted an afternoon.tea for my father?s 92nd birthday and invited his friends. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and the afternoon was a huge success. Try UChoose next time you are on Bath Street, you will not regret it.

We stopped in for just a bit to get out of the cold and have some coffee, but I was pleasantly surprised by this little cafe with great prices. The owners are very friendly and passionate and make the atmosphere welcoming. I very much admire what they're doing for local artists and writers.

Lovely friendly owners that make you feel at home. There is an exhibition of art by local artists. Pop in for the best cup of coffee or treat yourself to a piece of cake as well.
