last week I asked Tudor Jewellers if they would be able to get a certain ring for me, I picked the ring and then went to the shop to have my finger measured so the ring would be the correct size when it was delivered. Today I collected the ring, that fits perfect. Excellent service from all at Tudor Jeweller's well done!

I bought a ring from here on December 17th and the stone fell out after two days. I dropped the ring off on December 21st to be fixed and it is still not fixed. I went by the shop on March 14th and they said they would call the repair man and call me as soon as they opened on March 17th. They failed to do so, so I went back and got my money back. The people seemed nice, but there is an obvious lack of good customer service.

Ive had my gold ring repaired here and it wasnt expensive.Cracked on the inside/underside..i think around £45 to fix,came back polished and looked great.Thankyou

Great service, quick and very reasonable prices. I dropped off my wife?s engagement ring and both of our wedding rings for cleaning and re-plating. We had them back by the weekend and they were as good as new!

We have used Tudors Jewelers for many years and have had excellent service. Be it a repair to watches, alterations to jewelry, new items as presents.
They have given us free sounds advice, which sometimes meant they didn't even carry out any work. The cost has always been more than reasonable. All the staff have been so friendly and professional. I would more than recommend Tudors to anyone
