The best customer service I've ever had. I unknowingly ordered something to the isle of wight like a plonker, and the chap behind the till figured that out, and arranged the cross charge, and gave me my tool within around 2 minutes, and made it look effortless. I was stunned! Please allow your staff to work part time for the NHS too and the waiting lists will be down to 1 min in no time. Visited 14-05-22, 2 chaps in store need a payrise!
