The man operating Till 17 at Tesco Ilkeston this afternoon is James.He's about as efficient as a 2year old.He's very helpful but very slow and interfering, he kept us all waiting while he fixed imaginary problems for customers this ment he till queue grew from 2to 5hile other till queues shrank to nothing.His name is JAMES, he about 30with dark hair and a couple of days growth on his chin.This man should never be allowed near a till again.

I called at Tesco Mobile in their Ilkeston store for advice on smart phones from the staff.My wife and I have dumb phones that we bought from this Tesco Mobile and have always found the staff to be very professional and informative.Ben was very professional, friendly and helpful to me and answered many of my questions. Because of his thorough explanation and patience all of my options with regard to deciding to buy a smartphone were clarified. Ben showed me the iPhones that seemed most suitable for my needs with easy grace. I am a fogie and this service was so kind , patient , and helpful. When I have investigated the ramifications of adopting smart phone banking , I will return to the store to purchase what I decide that I need.I wouldn?t go anywhere else!I would like to congratulate Tesco mobile on employing staff of Ben?s calibrate. Thank you Ben.

Not being very tech savvy, I asked the young lady in store, Katie, if she could help with transferring info from old phones to new ones and she did just that. I'd bought the phones after talking to their sales on the phone earlier in the week, they were delivered two days later and by Friday evening they were both up and running. Fabulous service and a nice lady to deal with, as was the young man on the phone who upgraded my account and agreed on my choice of phones. Always been very happy with Tesco Mobile, good choice of phones, prices and contracts. Very happy with the service 5?
