“I wanted to leave a huge thank you for the female pharmacist that helped me in a moment of need. I suffer with UTI’s a lot and west Hallam medical are very slow to help. I was advise to seek a private prescription at the pharmacy across the road.The female pharmacist on site was friendly, happy to help and clearly cares a lot for patients welfare.I did an over the phone consultation which allowed the pharmacist to prescribe the antibiotics I needed. If that hadn’t been an option, I’d have found myself waiting in the walk in centre for many hours. I really wish I’d taken her name but I am forever grateful for her help that day. She is an absolute credit to the pharmacy!”
