Sat 22/02/25 over an hour in the drive thru ?
Finally got food to get home and it was stone cold and missing items !
No apology from staff at the wait over 25 cars in queue people beeping getting angry !
Worst McDonalds ive had the misfortune of visiting.
No excuses an HOUR in the drive thru is not acceptable !
Dont bother with this one ?
Normally would have gone back but im too angry and annoyed joke of a place !

When we finally got out order half was missing , when rang they basically called me a liar unfortunately didn't get the person name. Will definitely not be returning the food was very cold ?

20 mins for order. Ridiculous when nobody in store and 50 odd drive thru orders done before me. Couldn't even count 4 straws.

Chips were cold, returned them and was given nearly as cold ones in return.
My wife bit into her burger to find it was under cooked and pink
She went to complain again,.was given another burger that was nearly cold and no fries (she had poured the fries into the burger box)
Ended up asking for a refund
Always it was like a youth club in there, loads of tables full of teenagers

Not the best mcdonalds but ok please make the delivery drivers park elsewhere and stop dissing around the collection area in dirty clothes

I would recommend driving the extra distance to another
McDonalds, the staff tend to be surly, the food is often cold and in the past three months I've had to return for missing or wrong items, where you are then interrigated and treated as a potential criminal for daring to raise an issue. The staff seem to be entirley focused on fulfilling Justeat and Uber eats orders and making drive through customers feel like an annoyance, we no longer use this location even though it's two miles closer to home

9/10 missing items , cold food , and if you order through just eat or deliveroo be lucky if you get a refund and if you do you have to pay for delivery again because no one refunds it for your missing items to order them again. Company's need to get their heads together! Bad service. I'm done using them.

I order a burger last night and got it covered it hot chocolate even though I didn?t order hot chocolate so I took it back walked through the front doors Becsue they slid open so I assumed I could go inside for the staff to greet me pretty impolite and rude Becsue they didn?t lock the door

Owner has a bad attitude. Super slow and poor service. Food is undercooked and tasteless.
Manager was OK.
Very bad experience. Will not use again.
Do not eat here.

I?m not sure why they give you the choice of dips with chicken nuggets because they never ever send them. I ordered ketchup with the happy meal too and guess what? didn?t get that either.
