M&S tend to have good, clean and presentable shopping. But tend to be on the pricey side. Don't use for regular shop, more selective items. Have had good reports from family though. On this occasion I found what I wanted at a good reasonable price

Poor choice. Says it's a good hall yet has limited stock to all the other food halls. Wasted trip as all the items I want they don't stock!

Lovely store great variety my only issue and the reason for loss of star. Is the fresh bakery, only had 4 tweesers to pick up backed goods so there was a cross contamination between products, and not good if you have allergies or intolerance. I asked the lady behind the counter if she had any clean tweesers and she said "only whats out on the side" so pre warn for anyone with dietary requirements

This is to the lady supervisor on at this store this morning when an old age pensioner wants to use the tills and NOT the self service tills can you please respect there there wishes and not give them attitude and be sarcastic when serving thank you.

Our most local M&S. Always have what we need, can be more expensive than your other supermarkets for some items, but would argue quality is better. Staff here are really lovely and always friendly.

Previously a regular customer of this smaller food hall. But today i was approached whilst shopping by the manager Russell and two other staff who falsely accused me of attempting to steal in front of other customers and staff members. And when he was found to be incorrect didn't try and apologise and proceeded to watch me shopping. I experienced great prejudice from the staff here today without reason and it has made me feel awful. I will follow this up with a formal complaint.
