Usually £2 to buy a pack of 4 , reduced to £2 from £4.75 no wonder no ones buying them someone carnt work price gun should be £1,19 when the dates gone checked on the till trying to sell reduced items for original price ?

Rudest staff I?ve ever met
I asked the guy here if the fridge was shut as the blinds were down over it (this was a 32c day and this was the drinks fridge) and he scowled at me and huffed I said sorry if it?s too much trouble and he grunted and opened one when I asked to see the other fridge he huffed again like I asked him to cut off his leg or something
For one I was being polite and said please but also if wasn?t a big deal
On leaving I mentioned to the woman his customer service was lame and she said oh the fridges are meant to be closed
I don?t get why you would do a job with customer service ESPECIALLY for M&S who pride themselves on having the best staff when you have zero customer service skills or looks like you don?t even want to be there
It wasn?t hot in this store as they had aircon or I could kind of understand him being a bit short but this is awful customer service from both
The self service tills unmanned with no help
The store itself is tiny has a decent amount crammed in but I would never return after being treated like scum

On the evening of 16 July, I bought a tea from your place. I went to the cash register to pay. A female staff member helped me. So I paid 2.55 pound. But the payment was rejected. I didn't notice it there. I took the receipt and left. I realised it when I got home. I apologise for that. I can't find your e-mail address, so I'm writing here. Please contact me.

Very disappointed with the Meal Deal options for kids and adults.
No vegan sandwiches for the kids.
Only drinks for the adults were fizzy. No juice or smoothies were an option.

I purchased a pre made, warm hot dog. It was disgusting. One sausage in a dry bun which was dehydrated on the bottom and dry as a bone and the top half of the bun was soggy with water. I was back in my car when I opened it. It was disgusting and could not be eaten or enjoyed. I threw it away and will never shop there again.

It's a clean tidy store with helpful staff, sadly they didn't have what I'd gone in for specifically after seeing online that they sell what I wanted.

Clean friendly branch. Tracy is an absolute hero. Whist shopping she engaged with us in a super friendly manner. We took our food back to the car, and suddenly there was Tracy in the car park trying to track us down because I'd left my debit card at the self- service till. She responsibly checked our names against the card before handing it over too. What a ?Tracy thank you so much, I'd have been buggered without your quick thinking and determination to find me.
