Hate leaving poor reviews and i really do but this one is well deserved. £20 for two cold burgers, (inc fees) very blunt verging on arsey delivery driver. I usually go with a Maccys on my cheat day but I thought I'd do a change. Won't be making that mistake again that's for sure... For two places litrally next door to each other the difference is night and day. Mc donalds is always hot and correct and drivers are always polite and sound. Genuinely id rather have burnt my £20 then have given it to KFC today. But it was on time hence 2 stars not 1. Could have got 3 times the amount of food for the price and a polite driver at many other places. Lesson learnt stick to what you know

We visited on Saturday evening and ordered 2 trilogy boxes and 4 drumsticks. On getting home we found that one trilogy box was missing the gravy, the other was missing the popcorn chicken and we had 3 drumsticks and 1 thigh. No problem, mistakes happen, we are human and not robots.
However, I tried calling a couple of times and in the end left a message but nobody has bothered to call back. The prices you charge nowadays i would expect some level of customer service and that you are given what you are supposed to have and paid for.
A call back would of stopped this review of being a written.... Terrible service.
Edit to my review being as I had the response: "we are sorry about this, we hope to do better next time"
What you should be replying with is:
"I am sorry you didn't get the items you paid for, we will make a note and next time you are passing please call in and get the popcorn chicken and gravy that you paid for but didn't receive"
What chance has the staff got at getting things right when the "owner" can't!!! ?

Had Zinger meal large. The chips just about warm and limp. The zinger burger bap was old and hard. The lettuce had turned and was bitter hardly any sauce on the burger. Complete rip off threw it away unfit for consumption.

Went on Sunday the 26th, spoke to the woman on the till and they were short staffed but they were doing excellently. Really friendly staff it was great!

They got my order wrong I rang to complain and they said dont worry we?ve only charged you for what you had. Ruined my dinner.. didnt make any effort to recompense me. At £12 a pop sorry doesn?t really cut it. Very disappointed

Food was normal standard. However the toilet didn?t flush and one of the taps didn?t work. Otherwise quite clean and tidy.
