“A massive shout out to Jack, Rachel and Stacey who did everything they could to get me away on my holiday last weekend, they assisted with supplying me a new roofbox after previously being sold incorrect fittings by the stores manager for my old box, Rachel and Stacey went above and beyond and then some to make sure I got the roofbox I needed on the day ( all kinds of obstacles ), they didn't see problems, only solutions, they are a credit to the store, and massive shout out to Jack for fitting the box saving me any extra stress.

“At the Ilkeston, in Derbyshire store the staff were very helpful. Particularly Jack on the till who was especially friendly, personable, kind and helpful and a credit to Dunelm.”

“Always lots of bargains on seasonal products. Good selection of cleaning and laundry supplies. Loads of toiletries and some over the counter medicines too. Love the knitting yarn selection but buy it when you see it as it soon goes. They also sell sweets, biscuits breakfast cereals snacks tins and jars of food. Good car park and few minutes walk to the ilkeston train station.”

“Lovely friendly staff. Always a quick service. Can forever count on them having a good price compared to paying £5 for a Tesco Mother’s Day card. Had some large balloons that they blew up right then for me but you can always buy them instore and book to collect later. Will always choose to come here every time. Hope they stay open for ever.”

“Sells all the plumbing materials that you would need to do a plumbing job with friendly staff who are helpful. However, I do find them a little expensive compared with other plumbers merchants. Good carpark area for loading ”

“We have popped in here a few time over the years, sometimes to buy or donate. We have helped them to raise well over a thousand pounds through different events, fund raising and donations etc. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and working for a great cause. I subscribe to there magazine and love the advice given. My wife has picked up a few bargains in here now and then.”

“The staff were extremely helpful I had purchased a couple of things one was a large box.the assistant could see I might struggle with it as I'm 70 and i have a bad back and I have difficulty walking. She brought the items out for me to my car which helped me tremendously.it was nice to recieve great customer service and I am leaving this review to show my appreciation and to say thanks,far too many are quick to moan but it's nice to give credit where credits due”
