Well stocked shop and reasonably convenient location. The products are good but I am marking down for the company as a whole . The online and telephone customer service is far from friendly. I spent an hour trying to sort out an issue and although they eventually did sort it , it was so unfriendly and I felt like a naughty child being reprimanded. I am a regular customer for many years so this is really quite upsetting to be treated like this. This is for whole company and NOT for this store . This store has always been helpful .

The ilkeston branch staff are lovely, helpful friendly and aim ti provide your needs . Jasmine was a absolute star she sorted out my order in a quick ,kind and professional manner . I'm well impressed.

Called in today for advice on what I could be taking to feel better. Was served by a lovely young lady who was very helpful and anything she wasn't sure on she researched it for me while I waited. She even asked me to let her know how I get on to see if any thing needs adding or reducing to improve how I feel.
