Tyre kept going down due to a defective TMS system valve. It was replaced.
The tyre started to go down a day later.
Took it to a garage in North Wales (there for the weekend).
He checked the valve and it turns out it was an old one. Did HiQ just put my old valve back on?
It turns out they did. A complete misunderstanding. They thought i was asking for the valve to be put back to shut off the TPMS fault, but missed me saying to replace the defective TPMS valve. That was why the problems.
Having spoken to Deborah, we both now know what is needed, so I will be taking the car back to be sorted.
Apologies to HiQ for the confusion. It happens.

Driving from Lincolnshire to Derby the red tyre alarm came on after going over some really bad conditions. This garage was the nearest so pulled in and got seen straight away although they were busy. Thorough check of tyres and pressure and all well.

Very pleased with the service I received . I feel their an honest garage and told me when I didn't need work doing that I thought I did need .which means a lot as I know nothing about cars .

I had to use Hi Q today as I had a puncture and they were the only ones who could fit me in. They fitted the new tyres fine, but the fitters are so rude, they talk down to you and have such an attitude. As soon as they approach your car they are looking for ways they can charge you more and they treated me with zero respect. Manners cost nothing, being spoken to with some decency would have turned this into a positive review. Its very sad to have to write this as I normally only take the time to write positive reviews.

Got absolutely scammed here went in with a faulty coolant cap was told would have to replace the whole coolant bottle aswell as a coolant change costing me £200, after the work was done picked up my car and it popped up on my screen saying top up coolant, took it back to them and was told there?s nothing wrong and if it pops up again then to take it somewhere else.

Not had any work done by them yet but just based on the telephone call I had with Jamie, these guys seem to know what they're talking about, incredibly polite and do everything you'd need on your service.I'll update review when I've took my car in.Thanks to the team at HiQ!!EDIT:Just had a service and MOT done. Had a bit of a nightmare with the Car so had the AA drop it off here late Saturday. Rang first thing Monday and they had it inspected by 10:30 and fixed the clutch and slave cylinder the following day. The place was extremely busy so I was very happy with the quick turnaround. Everyone I encountered either by phone or in person were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them going forward

I recently visited HiQ for a tyre fitting, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The receptionist seemed to have limited knowledge about the tyre fitting process, which initially left me feeling unsure. However, I was fortunate that a technician stepped in to assist.The technician who handled my tyre fitting was exceptional. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but he also patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. He efficiently completed the job and took the extra step to ensure I was satisfied with the results.In the end, despite the initial hiccup with the receptionist, the technician's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my overall experience at HiQ a great one. I left the establishment with confidence in their service, thanks to the technician's expertise and excellent customer care.

Was charged £22 for a small puncture. It's very disappointing of a garage taking advantage of some one in need of a little help, especially from a 2 minute job. I even taken the wheel off for them.
