A massive shout out to Jack, Rachel and Stacey who did everything they could to get me away on my holiday last weekend, they assisted with supplying me a new roofbox after previously being sold incorrect fittings by the stores manager for my old box, Rachel and Stacey went above and beyond and then some to make sure I got the roofbox I needed on the day ( all kinds of obstacles ), they didn't see problems, only solutions, they are a credit to the store, and massive shout out to Jack for fitting the box saving me any extra stress.

Asked member of staff to check if the oil I was purchasing was correct for my car and he said go on the qr code .. I thought Halfords helped with things like this .. put the oil back and walked out .. very unhelpful staff.. would rather stand and chat to other colleagues

Booked the bike repair appointment online on Saturday morning for a visit Saturday afternoon at 2:30pm. Arrived and the female assistant assessed the bike straightaway. New derailleur required. By 4:00pm, the bike was ready for collection. Excellent customer service provided.
