At the Ilkeston, in Derbyshire store the staff were very helpful. Particularly Jack on the till who was especially friendly, personable, kind and helpful and a credit to Dunelm.

Visited this store as we needed some urgent homeware items. Found exactly what we needed at very reasonable prices. Staff were very helpful. The clearance section was a bit sparse and didn?t offer anything of use to us. Didn?t use the cafe but have done at other dunelms and they are good. Plenty of parking out front.

We ordered curtains to be made up. Ordered them Tuesday afternoon and they were delivered by DHL on Friday lunchtime. Excellent service.

Amazing place, everything you could want, customer service is excellent, l had a problem, my own mistake, the manager Aaron was unbelievablely helpful and sympathetic. I couldn't have been treated any better. The lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. Great service, highly recommend. I will definitely be going there again... 5 Stars
