First and last time we've ordered at this location. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 sides and a drink. When I arrived I found out that my pizza needs to be remade as someone messed it up. I thought "fine, mistakes happen". The young lady that handed me the re-made pizza actually sounded like she cared as opposed to others. When my pizza was ready I took the order to my car but realised I wasn't given a drink. Went back and the issue was rectified. However, when I got home and finally opened the boxes I realised that they messed up my pizza again... While I understand that this can happen on a busy Friday night, a half hearted "sorry about that" doesn't cut it anymore. It took almost 1.5 hours to get my pizza, two trips and my Mrs and I had to eat separately otherwise her pizza would get cold while she waits for me to get back. At this point any attempt to try and compensate for these mistakes or at least proper apologies would have been appreciated. Even something as simple as "enjoy", "thank you" or "sorry for the wait" would make this experience slightly better than "here you go" when given the pizza.

We have pizza most Sundays and the standards have been gradually getting worse. This time is the last time we will be ordering from there again! This was the pizza with a section missing, these were supposed to be wedges, garlic bread overcooked. The pizza, chips, chicken strips were cold. We phoned and spoked to the manager. He wasn't interested and told us we give chips when we run out of wedges. It would have been curtesy if they had phoned to tell us this. To send out a pizza with a section missing is disgusting. No quality control at Ilkeston dominoes. Anyway, he was not interested and they have now lost £30 of business.

So they delivered the wrong pizza with meat on for a vegetarian. Called the store and the gent on the phone was very rude, it couldn?t have been more clear he didn?t care. He said if we wanted a new pizza we would just have to wait and they couldn?t give a time despite the fact that the rest of our food was going cold (we live 5 mins away). We won?t be ordering from this store again. I could have accepted a mistake but the attitude on the call just annoyed me more. Told them to collect it and would take a full refund. No one came to collect it. Still waiting on the refund. Shocking customer service.
Just an update that I emailed the customer service team 2 weeks ago on the back of their response to this review and still not had a reply or refund.

What is happening dominoes, dry pizza and dough is so thin.Why have you changed the garlic bread, its horrible, no dough its just thin and too much cheese and hardly cooked. Your prices have gone up but the quality has gone right down hill.

It used to be that I could spend £12 for minimum delivery, but recently the minimum price has gone up to £15. I have to buy more food than I can eat, to get food for myself. I can get cheaper pizza from a non branded local takeaway, that quite frankly is of the same quality. Its honestly really disappointing, I used to love dominos so much as a child.Service was lovely as always. Driver even remembered me.

Overall pretty good, not really had any problems to be honest. Don't order from domino's a lot but when I do the food & service is good.There was only 1 occasion when the pizza was a complete mess, but that was a long time ago. The price at times is abit too much in my opinion. To get the best deals I recommend you get the App. Due to price & the incident in the past, that's why I give 4 stars.

To be honest, I like domino's pizza ?.. test nice but very slow service, not friendly staff. Waiting too long. Service is important for me.
