Daniel was so professional and helpful and had a huge willingness to listen, find solutions and assist me. He not only helped me get my account up and running again, he also explained the newly improved nationwide APP changes for an android phone user (coming soon) as well as telling me about some great savings account deals. I think exceptional customer service is rare and I really want to sing Daniel's praises. I was happily about to close down my entire Nationwide account but genuinely won't now, and will most likely open up a savings account too. I'll be back in soon with my new card when it arrives and hope to see Daniel again to set things up and become a regular Nationwide customer again. Thank you!”
