My 2nd to last visit I came into buy some vitamins for my son upon getting home I saw they were out of date by nearly a year I took them back and told the staff so they could remove all the out of date products in store.
On my last visit I went in for some cream that most would be embarrassed to buy rather than just putting it through the till the staff member looked at the cream looked at me then looked at the cream with a grin on her face, yes well done you know what I'm using the cream for but no need to shame customers trying to get healthy so it spurred me onto this review as it should not be happening in this day and age and that staff member should readdress her life morals working in a place that sell pharmaceuticals you shouldn't make the customer feel at shame for looking after themselves.
From now on, I'll head to the competition across the road, I wonder how many years boots have left on our high street?

Superb. The ONLY pharmacy who answered my call and quickly provided useful information... We are being encouraged to use Pharmacy services more, but this HAS to mean that Pharmacies answer the phone when patients ring.

A small Boots with limited stock but very handy being in the centre of town. I was disappointed on my last visit at the lack of customer service. I literally had to walk around the shop looking for someone and eventually called out in the Pharmacy section "hello, anyone there?!" eventually someone came but I felt like I had interrupted her tea break rather than being a valued customer!
