Great stock availability/deals! Shame the customer service isn't so up to scratch! Most staff lack professionalism and aren't very customer orientated at all! They'll chat to like friends or people they've known forever but if a customer actually needs help, you dearnt ask anyone as they'll probably have attitude/passive aggression or just act funny or give you very subtle directions as to where something is so I just end up working it all out myself without any intervention from the 'staff'
There is this one lady on front kiosk (Fina I believe she is called) who is always very friendly/churrpy towards all customers, but anyone else tho, if they don't like you or whatever, don't expect friendly/fair treatment.
