My old lady myra has been using avanti homecare for over a year now! We have found them to be a very helpful company. All the girls are wonderful, never had any complaints about them. They are warm, friendly, caring and very hard working. I have come across many care associations in my line of work, that have been very sloppy. But not avanti 10 out of 10. Used to be a great all round. Managers are putting on staff so much that they are leaving.Such a shame, I've just had my dinner time call with someone I didn't even know so, someone you know should do an intro with them. They sent another person I didn't know, bad management

Our elderly brother in law lives alone and suffers with dementia. He has been receiving assistance from Avanti Homecare for 11 months. During this time they have delivered a high quality service. We have found them to be reliable, efficient and dementia aware. They keep us informed of any concerns and have suggested solutions rather than presenting us with a problem. This is very reassuring since we live 40 miles away.

From day one the Avanti team have been brilliant with my parents. I can?t fault their professional approach, dedication, reliability, personal charm and integrity. You hear so many bad things about care providers that it is quite a revelation to come across a team who seem the exact opposite, and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and strive to provide a first class standard of care. We would like to shout out a big ?thank you? for the Excellent Service that Avanti Care provides to our parents within their home and to encourage others not to just accept ?good enough/average care for their loved ones?.The Avanti Care Service consists of a small team, their overall service is excellent, carrying out assessments for every individual need, producing care packages of support and communicating professionally with other professionals i.e. Social Workers, Doctors etc.The carers enter the home not to invade but to offer our parents trust and empathy. Always offering smiles, friendly voices and positive attitudes.The staff?s professionals? skills and knowledge of caring is excellent, carrying out all their duties effectively. Punctuality and time keeping again is excellent which reduces our mum?s anxiety greatly. Compassionate to care is above excellent and offers to us as a family great reassurance and the opportunity to relax knowing that we have the professional service of Avanti Care. For our parents to remain together in their home would not be possible without Avanti Care and we are sharing this post to say Care homes are not the only option when you have the professional and specialist support provided by Avanti Care.Reviewed by a grateful family x

We have used the care provided from Avanti for several months now following my mothers stay in hospital. The standards that were offered from day one have been kept to and often exceeded. All of the carers in our experience have shown themselves to be well trained and concientious. More than this they do their jobs cheerfully and in some ways are more like family members than simply care professionals. We would have no hesitation in recommending Avanti to anyone looking for a care company who are able to offer their customers a good level of independence within their own homes. Lucy and the team started caring for my 98 year old adopted Grandma in March 2019 & her & the team are now part of our family. Slowly but surely they have persuaded my fiercely independent 100 Grandad that they can help him to. As a family we are still visiting daily but it?s a complete weight off our shoulders knowing we have experts on hand. I spent 3 days trying to sort out a care company & although I spoke to some great companies I know we ended up with the best.

Avanti are a highly professional and organised company Nothing is too much trouble They have an empathic and sympathetic person centred approach and really care about getting it right for the client.Their knowledge is first rate and they genuinely care about their clients. Having persuaded my independent 89 year old mother she was no longer in the first flush of youth, she eventually agreed to try using some regular home help and care. I visited Avanti and was very impressed with their attitude at the initial assessment: professional and sympathetic to my mother's perceived needs. A few weeks down the line I can say that my mother wishes she had started using them years ago - it has really perked her up and she enjoys the bond she has formed with the caring Staff members. It is of course reassuring for "us kids" that mum is being regularly visited and monitored over and above family visits, and I hope this new happy scenario continues for many years.
