Having only recently moved to Ilkeston, thought we?d try Aldi as I used Aldi before I moved. Have been put off completely mainly due to staff. Very rude & extremely bad manners. Unfortunately can?t even say it was 1 time because it?s happened to me and my partner on multiple occasions now.

Ilkeston Aldi is a terrible store run by very young inexperienced staff all they do is mess around talking to each other on them stupid headsets they customer care is terrible pallets left in isles blocking the isle and customers have to go round them terrible store and 5 in every 50 customers get stopped took in a room then the staff member who stopped you calls the police and then when the police come check all your shopping for stolen items they never apologise they say it?s company rules this be aware it takes nearly an hour before they finish and don?t find any pinched shopping it?s not a good store
