The Tasting Club is a new and exciting ingredient- led pop up restaurant in the Derby & Ashbourne area. Open March 2022, with the idea of giving food lovers a memorable dining experience with a fun and friendly atmosphere that is unrivalled in the local area.
Between the two towns, nestled in the quiet village of Brailsford is the bustling Buttermilk Coffee House, home of the Tasting Club. Upstairs on the first floor is our exposed beam dining room. The place where the magic happens.
Chef/ Owner George Bloor was named Best Chef in Derbyshire at the young age of 21. Now having over ten years of experience cooking in Michelin awarded kitchens around the country, he has decided to set up his first solo venture..
