I haven't visited the Hilton Brook in a few years but our most recent visit was an enjoyable one. It was a Friday evening and the place was relatively busy but we were served our food in a reasonable amount of time.
Everyone enjoyed their meals, we had a burger, a rump steak and a sirloin and all were fantastic. Will definitely be visiting again.

yet again the Hilton not let us down I had a party of friends join me on Saturday night for the Disco Karaoke night and wasn't disappointed the service was spot on a great night was had by all thanks to Jemma & Adam wonderful hosts and Harry the dark horse of the staff from quiet reserved professional member of staff to the party animal thanks again guys.

Popped in for a quick pint and a few games of darts but ended up staying longer. Great service from Annabelle behind the bar and the rest of the team! Nice, clean and great atmosphere. New management are smashing it ?

Been to the hilton brook a couple times since Gemma and Adam have taken over and they have made such an amazing change to this pub.
Atmosphere is amazing, always fun and energetic.
The food is phenomenal and served beautifully presented within a decent time.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
